Return Policy

At Zipzapzo, We work very hard to curate only the best and finest quality products for you. Each product goes through tenacious quality check before we dispatch. In case you received a defective product or you have changed your mind after placing the order, we are here to help you.

Please Note: Certain products have a no return/exchange policy. It includes Kapok silk cotton bed, Bed with net, Carry nest, Pillow and bolsters set, Feeding pillow, Diaper caddy (Storage box), Hair Accessories, Baby briefs, Diapers, Neem soap and Maternity pads.

 

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.

Our return policy lasts for 10 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Verify return/exchange eligibility by entering your delivery pincode in the product page.

Attention: All products that are under offers/clearance sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

Return/Exchange process:

  • To initiate the return or exchange process, please log in to your profile and navigate to the Orders section. You can select the specific product or the entire order and provide a reason and relevant pictures for the return or exchange.
  • Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the status in 24-48 business hour
  • If your request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup

Reverse Pick up

  • Pick-up: We provide reverse pick up to most of the pin codes. In this case, the shipment reaches back to us within 7-10 business days owing to courier company policy. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier service is unable to pick up after two attempts, you are responsible to ship it back to us.
  • Self-courier: In some pin codes due to lack of serviceability, you would need to courier back the parcel to us. Fret not! An additional amount of Rs.100 will be added to your credit note for self-couriering the shipment.

Exchange / Refund

  • After a return request is approved, the product will be picked up for return within 2-4 business days, depending on the location
  • Once the returned product is received at the warehouse, the Quality Control team will verify the product(s) within 1-2 business days.
  • After the verification process is complete, we will process an exchange or refund.
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

  • In case of an exchange, the new product will be dispatched only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product.
  • Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order

Refund to wallet

  • On receipt of the product in the original condition, your wallet will be credited within 1 to 2 business days.
  • This Coupon Code will have a validity of 6 months from the day we give it to you and can be used only on our website

Refund to Bank

  • Refund will be credited to your source account within 2-10 days (depending on your bank) after QC validation.
  • Refund will be credited to the account you used for placing the order
  • In case of COD order, the refund amount will be added to your wallet or a refund link will shared to your registered email address.

Sale items

  • Any items purchased during a flash/clearance sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

Modify / Cancel

  • If you wish to modify the order after placing it, kindly cancel the order and place a new order once again.
  • To cancel the entire order, please log in to your profile and navigate to the Orders section. You can select the specific order and provide a reason and cancel it. Canceling is only possible before shipped status, beyond that please write to us at support@zipzapzo.in and our team will assist you in the best possible way.
  • Upon cancelling a pre-paid order the refund amount will be credited to the source account

If the item(s) you received were defective or damaged during shipping, please write to us immediately at support@zipzapzo.in

We (Zipzapzo) reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements.
